Former President Park Geun-hye Visits Wonju to Rally Support

Former President Park Geun-hye visited Wonju, Gangwon Province on the 28th, a day before the early voting for the June 3 local elections, to appeal for support for People Power Party candidates Kim Jin-tae for provincial governor and Won Kang-soo for mayor.

Former President Park visited Wonju Central Market with Lee Cheol-gyu, the provincial party's general election committee chairman, and lawmakers Yoo Young-ha, Park Jeong-ha, and Lee Yang-soo, along with candidates Kim Jin-tae and Won Kang-soo. She greeted citizens and described candidate Kim Jin-tae as 'a responsible person who does his job well'.
