Sejong Mayoral Candidates Unveil AI Administration Pledges

Cho Sang-ho of the Democratic Party and Choi Min-ho of the People Power Party, who are running in the Sejong mayoral election, have put forth pledges to make city governance more efficient by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Cho Sang-ho met with former KT Chairman Koo Hyun-mo at his campaign office in Sejong City to discuss collaboration for the realization of an AI city. Cho revealed that if elected mayor, he proposed establishing an 'AI Special Committee' with Koo Hyun-mo as its chairman. On the 28th, Candidate Cho Sang-ho, along with lawmaker Kim Jong-min, jointly announced five strategies for Sejong's future vision, continuing related initiatives.

Choi Min-ho of the People Power Party announced a pledge to integrate AI into the traffic signal system.
