Professor Moss Tan Meets Hwang Kyo-ahn and Jeon Kwang-hoon in Succession

Moss Tan, a professor at Liberty University in the United States, has met successively with Hwang Kyo-ahn, a candidate for the Freedom and Innovation party, and Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon of Sarang Jeil Church, while defying police summons for him to appear.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Cyber Investigation Unit had notified Professor Tan on the 28th to appear on the 29th. Professor Tan's side reportedly submitted a recusal request for investigators along with a statement of non-attendance to the police.

Professor Tan has advanced claims such as 'China interfered in South Korea's elections' and 'Lee Jae-myung has a record of entering a juvenile detention center.'

On the morning of the 29th, Professor Tan visited an early voting station visited by Hwang Kyo-ahn, a candidate for the Pyeongtaek-B parliamentary by-election and the Freedom and Innovation party. He subsequently met with Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon of Sarang Jeil Church.
