Dalseo-gu District Office to Train Caregiving Professionals from Women with Career Breaks
The Dalseo-gu District Office is launching a training program to help women who have paused their careers due to childbirth, childcare, or other reasons return to society as local caregiving specialists.
This project aims to connect the community's need for caregiving personnel with re-employment opportunities for women experiencing career breaks.
The training courses have been designed by considering industry demand and the career backgrounds of participants, and will be operated in three specialized tracks: 'Neulbom Specialist', 'Nursing Assistant', and 'Caregiver'. Through this program, the Dalseo-gu District Office plans to strengthen the expertise of women with career breaks and facilitate their job placement.
