Mayor Oh Se-hoon Delivers Scathing Critique to Party Leadership: 'Its Lifespan Has Run Its Course'
Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon criticized the People Power Party's Jang Dong-hyuk leadership on the 17th, stating that it has run its course.
Mayor Oh made these remarks while attending the closing trial for the 'Myeong Tae-gyun opinion poll allegations' held at the Seoul Central District Court, urging for discussions on the leadership's future and the proposal for a by-election during a general assembly of party lawmakers.
Mayor Oh diagnosed that the Jang Dong-hyuk leadership's ability to govern had been critically damaged. He added that he hopes the proposal for a by-election would be sufficiently debated at the general assembly, focusing on it as a strategic slogan aimed at strengthening political positions.
