The U.S. Department of Justice has indicted two additional suspects on charges of conspiracy to attack the White House, bringing the total number of related suspects to seven. The newly indicted individuals are Jordan W. Rincker and William Lee Spartacus Faulkner. Prosecutors allege that Rincker provided financial support and aided plot participants in carrying out the crime, while Faulkner is accused of discussing the procurement and operation of drones to be used in the attack.

Prosecutors stated that the defendants planned a mass-casualty attack using drones in Washington D.C. during the UFC 250 event. The FBI reported at the time that they intended to use firearms against the crowds evacuating immediately after the event. Faulkner reportedly joined a Telegram chat room discussing drone operations on June 7, where he discussed drone procurement, tactics, and the use of explosives with other co-conspirators.

Prosecutors revealed that the conspirators exchanged messages discussing the payload capacity of drones, anti-jamming measures, fiber optic control, and the number of drones required for the attack. Notably, Faulkner claimed in court documents that he could secure drones capable of carrying heavy explosives and coordinated this with other co-conspirators. They discussed the drone operations of the plot on a Telegram channel called "D Ops," with one conspirator mentioning seven days remained until the attack.

The suspects first made contact in March through TikTok's "Vanguard of the Old" community and later moved to an encrypted Signal chat room to flesh out their plans. According to the indictment, they agreed to commit murders on the White House grounds and surrounding areas during the UFC 250 event. Authorities believe this terrorist plot targeted high-ranking officials, including U.S. President Donald Trump.

Investigators also indicated they are investigating whether the group discussed additional attacks targeting a FIFA World Cup match scheduled for July 3 in Kansas City, Missouri. In an affidavit, an FBI agent stated that one of the defendants, Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, appeared to exchange messages urging fellow co-conspirators to prepare for travel to Missouri around the July 4 holiday, referencing the match.
