Shinhan Financial Innovates Internal Control System with AI

Shinhan Financial Group will officially launch its internal control system 'SCoRE AI,' which integrates generative AI, starting on the 29th.

Shinhan Financial has been building a group-wide internal control management system, beginning with Shinhan Bank in September 2024. The development of 'SCoRE AI' was planned to further advance internal controls based on accumulated experience in operating the duty structure mapping.

'SCoRE AI' assists executives, who are ultimately responsible, in fulfilling their duties by having AI summarize and analyze inspection activities. It also includes functions for checking executive responsibilities, automatically verifying supporting documents, and collecting/briefing on external issues.
