Young Adults' Negative Views on Real Estate Policy Nearly Double
Negative sentiment towards the government's real estate policies has significantly increased among young adults.
In a recent survey, the proportion of respondents who negatively assessed the government's policies stood at 46%, a sharp increase of 19 percentage points from 27% in March, over a period of four months.
Notably, more than half of respondents in their 20s and 30s expressed dissatisfaction with the policies. The most frequently cited reason, accounting for 21% of responses, was the government's failure to curb rising housing prices.
