Jo Kuk Innovation Party Leaves Name Change Debate to New Leadership
The Jo Kuk Innovation Party has decided to postpone discussions on changing its name until after a new leadership team is formed to guide the party.
This move is seen as an effort to first establish the party's direction ahead of the July 25 convention to elect its leader.
A party official explained that simply changing the party's name is unlikely to create a new image. They stated that discussions on changing the party name should occur after the party's direction has been set through listening sessions to gather members' opinions and the process of electing a new leadership.
