권성동 ‘이별 편지’ 현수막, 사과 없이 오만하다는 비판
대법원 판결 확정으로 의원직을 상실한 권성동 의원이 강릉시 곳곳에 유죄 판결에 대한 사과는 없이 '감사합니다' 현수막 40여 개를 내걸어 비판을 받고 있다.
권 의원 측은 이번 현수막 설치에 대해 15일 관계자를 통해 감사 인사를 위해 설치했으며, 판결 결과와 관계없이 시민들에 대한 예의 차원이라고 설명했다.
정치권에서는 사과가 빠진 현수막과 입장문을 두고 비판이 쏟아졌다. 임은희 조국혁신당 대변인은 페이스북을 통해 강릉 시민의 지지를 정치적 입지 확대에만 이용한 오만함의 극치라고 꼬집었다.
