AI Columnist Warns of OpenAI's Survival Crisis

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, responded to these concerns by expressing his commitment to working with optimism rather than pessimism, suggesting a path for OpenAI to survive by technologically addressing cost issues. Indeed, OpenAI has recently focused on improving technological efficiency, such as by lowering the API prices for its latest AI models.

OpenAI has survived to this day by securing substantial funding from entities like SoftBank, realizing the need for capital infusion predicted by Zitron. Currently, OpenAI is striving to resolve its high-cost structure through technological self-reliance by expanding its own computing infrastructure and building an independent technological ecosystem.
