President Orders Review of "Yellow Envelope Law" Dispute Criteria

President Lee Jae-myung on the 11th instructed the government to actively review the establishment of criteria for disputes under the so-called "Yellow Envelope Law" during a Cabinet meeting held at the Government Complex-Sejong.

The President said, "There have been requests to clarify what is obvious, and that is a reasonable argument."

The President mentioned that there are criticisms that the regulations are insufficient and stated the need to clearly define points such as the non-allowance of union opposition to management decisions.
