Namyangju City Pioneers Administrative Innovation with AI System 'NAP'

Namyangju City has introduced its self-developed AI administrative system 'NAP' to all employees, saving an estimated 150 million won in expenses.

NAP, an acronym for 'Namyangju AI Partner,' was entirely managed by the city's Smart City Division AI Strategy Team, from planning and development to security and operation. It was developed without additional budget by repurposing existing idle servers.

NAP provides a function to automatically generate reports in the standard HWPX format for Korean official documents. It can create repetitive documents such as official records, responses to the National E-People system, business trip reports, and anticipated Q&As, tailored to specific work formats.
