Yesan County Opens Inspection of Official Land Prices for First-Half Changes

Yesan County in South Chungcheong Province has newly established and announced official land prices for 1,520 parcels that underwent changes such as subdivision or consolidation during the first half of the year, providing owners the opportunity to review these figures and raise objections.

From September 1 to September 22, prices can be checked at the Yesan County Office, local Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers, or online. If issues are identified with the assessed values, opinions may be submitted during this period. Landowners or interested parties wishing to contest the land prices may submit statements via written document, fax, mail, or through the Real Estate Price Public Notification System.

Regarding received opinions, the county will re-examine the appropriateness of standard land selection, land characteristics and usage suitability, and price balance with surrounding properties. The results of the re-examination will be individually communicated to applicants following review by the Yesan County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. The final land prices, upon completion of the review, will be determined and announced on October 29.

Yesan County operates a year-round SMS alert service for official land prices, allowing landowners to verify prices determined annually. Residents who have subscribed to the text alerts will be notified of changes in accordance with the price determination schedule.
