US Denies Zelenskyy's Claim About 'Donbas Conditions'

Following Ukrainian President Zelenskyy's remarks that U.S. security guarantees could be linked to preparations for withdrawal from the Donbas region, a U.S. government official dismissed the claim as untrue.
