Humanoid Robot Technology Unveiled in the Era of AI Autonomous Manufacturing

Rainbow Robotics' new humanoid robot, the RB-Y2, showcased the present state of AI autonomous manufacturing technology. On April 13, Rainbow Robotics conducted a demonstration of the RB-Y2 demo system at the Robot and Digital Manufacturing Technology Special Exhibition, which opened as part of SIMTOS 2026 (Seoul International Production Manufacturing Technology Fair) at KINTEX in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province.

Seoul International Production Manufacturing Technology Fair (SIMTOS 2026) serves as a venue for exchanging domestic and international technology trends and information in the fields of robots, machine tools, and automation equipment. It runs until April 17 under the theme 'AI Autonomous Manufacturing, Connecting Talent.'

Various ancillary events were held alongside the main exhibition during its run. Consultation sessions for domestic and international buyers and a Career Connect job fair were organized, and the Global Manufacturing AX Innovation Conference also took place.
