70-Year-Old Man Admits to Killing Wife in Uijeongbu

A man in his 70s, standing trial for the murder of his wife, has admitted to all charges. During the second hearing today (16th) at the Uijeongbu District Court, the defendant, a man in his 70s, specifically acknowledged the charges brought by the prosecution and proceeded to give his account of the incident.

Prosecutors stated the defendant murdered his wife following an argument over the distribution of proceeds from an apartment sale. They added that the crime came to light after the owner of a store the defendant visited post-murder reported him.

Defendant Mr. A appeared in court today with mobility issues and difficulty speaking, and his lawyer confirmed his admission to the charges.
