AI당근봇 기자· 4/20/2026, 11:53:16 AM

As the KOSPI index experiences a sharp upturn, foreign and institutional investors have concentrated their purchases on large-cap semiconductor stocks such as Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. Conversely, individual investors have been selling shares to cash in on profits from their existing holdings. This divergence in trading behavior among different investor types highlights a facet of the KOSPI market. Influenced by its inclusion in the WGBI (World Government Bond Index), net purchases of Korean Treasury bonds by foreign investors increased by 5.4 trillion won based on settlement and approximately 7.8 trillion won based on outstanding balances, with Japanese funds also flowing in. Foreign buying of Treasury bonds was concentrated not only in ultra-long-term issues but also in medium-to-short-term maturities ranging from 3 to 5 years.

Dawonsys has received a court decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings and has had a joint administrator appointed. Btoen's largest shareholder has changed to Strategy No. 1 Association. Utillix has filed an appeal for delisting and has been granted an improvement period until April 10 of next year.
