NY Police Investigate Fatal Stabbing of Elderly Couple

A case in which a 71-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman were fatally stabbed in an apartment in the Queens borough of New York City has prompted a police investigation.

The incident was reported shortly before 8 p.m. last Saturday via a 911 emergency call, leading police to respond to the scene. The couple were discovered inside the apartment with multiple stab wounds and, despite being transported to a hospital, succumbed to their injuries.

No suspects have been apprehended yet, and there have been no arrests in connection with the case thus far. Authorities are conducting an investigation, including analyzing nearby CCTV footage, to determine the circumstances of the incident and identify the perpetrator.
