President Orders Preventive Measures Following Hanwha Aero Explosion

President Lee Jae-myung on the 2nd, during a cabinet meeting, instructed relevant authorities to thoroughly investigate the cause of the explosion accident that occurred on the 1st at Hanwha Aerospace's Daejeon plant and to establish measures to prevent recurrence.

The President offered condolences for the victims of the accident and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured, stating that repeated accidents of the same type at the same plant are a serious problem. He ordered the Ministry of Employment and Labor to identify such workplaces and report them separately.
