President Lee Jae-myung Urges All-Out Effort for Price Stability

President Lee Jae-myung ordered on the 25th that all capabilities be poured into stabilizing prices. The president stated this while presiding over a senior secretaries' meeting at the Presidential Office, emphasizing the need to focus on price stability. He highlighted that price stability is the core foundation for livelihood stability and national stability.

He particularly emphasized stabilizing fuel and grocery prices, which are directly linked to the lives of ordinary citizens. He ordered swift implementation of more bold measures, including adjustments to the maximum price system, to stabilize fuel prices.

He also urged the establishment of special measures to ease the burden of grocery prices and lower the comprehensive price pressure.
