The water storage rate of Ulsan's Hoya Dam has dropped to the 20% range, leading it to purchase water from the Nakdong River daily starting from the 24th. In Pohang, seawater intrusion due to falling water levels in the Hyeongsan River caused civil complaints, prompting the city to use water from Yeongcheon Dam starting from the 27th.
