Tokenized Stocks Soar 250% in Market Cap in 3 Months… RWA Market Surpasses $250 Million

The market for tokenized stocks, tradeable 24 hours a day on the blockchain, has surged nearly fourfold in market capitalization this year, driving growth in the Real World Assets (RWA) sector.

According to RWA analytics platform RWA.xyz, the market capitalization for tokenized listed stocks and ETFs combined stood at $251.28 million as of the 4th, representing a growth of 273.37% compared to the beginning of the year ($67.3 million).

This rapid growth is attributed to the expansion of market infrastructure, including Robinhood launching a dedicated mainnet targeting the RWA market and RWA platform Securitize tokenizing its own shares concurrently with its listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
