North Korea's Jang Kum Chol Criticizes South's Interpretation as 'Wishful Thinking'
Jang Kum Chol, North Korea's first vice foreign minister and director of Department 10, strongly criticized South Korea's positive interpretation of Vice Chairwoman Kim Yo Jong's statement on the 7th, calling it 'wishful thinking' in a statement titled 'The Identity of South Korea, the Most Hostile Enemy State, Cannot Change.'
He denounced analyses from all quarters within South Korea, including the Presidential Office, as 'truly a sight to behold.' Jang Kum Chol asserted that Kim Yo Jong's statement was merely a 'clear warning' directed at South Korea, adding, 'Because you are hard of hearing and cannot comprehend, I intend to illuminate the true meaning of the statement.'
Through this statement, Jang Kum Chol's current positions as first vice foreign minister and director of Department 10 were also officially confirmed.
