The U.S. State Department has unveiled a design for special limited-edition passports commemorating the nation's 250th anniversary. The passport design includes an image of former President Donald Trump and text from the Declaration of Independence as a background.

These limited-edition passports will be revealed alongside events such as the 'Great American State Fair' in Washington D.C., scheduled to take place from June 25 to July 10, as part of the America 250th anniversary celebrations.

The released design draft for the passport shows an image of former President Donald Trump, along with text from the Declaration of Independence and the American flag, embossed in gold on the interior cover. A depiction of the Founding Fathers signing the Declaration of Independence will also be featured on another page.

These special passports are slated for release this summer and are part of the Trump administration's 'America250' commemoration program. The State Department has released the initial design draft for these special passports, which are scheduled for release this summer. The detailed design draft features text from the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. flag, and former President Donald Trump's signature, all embossed in gold.

The cover of the commemorative passport will feature the words 'United States of America' in a larger font than before, positioned above the coat of arms. The back features a design with the number '250' emblazoned in the center of the U.S. flag from 1777.

The State Department stated that the new design will be available to all U.S. citizens who apply for a passport at the time of release, and will continue to be available while supplies last.
