Eighty companies that entered the government procurement market each recorded a single procurement contract, spreading their presence evenly across a wide range of sectors.

According to procurement registration data confirmed through public records, 80 companies including Daehun Environment, G& B Planning, Neulpum E&C, and Daekyung Forest Development each participated in one procurement contract. The most striking feature of this data is not a concentrated structure in which one company wins multiple contracts, but rather a dispersed pattern in which numerous companies have entered the market.

A Diversified Landscape Led by Environment, Forestry, and Architecture

Looking at the sectoral distribution of participating companies, fields directly tied to public infrastructure stand out. Daehun Environment and Neulpum E&C represent environment-related businesses, while Daekyung Forest Development and Forest Resource Development represent the forestry sector. Several companies are also confirmed in architectural design and engineering, including Hanil Architects, Hanbit Engineering Architects, and Astone Engineering.

This composition shows that government procurement demand is not skewed toward specific industries but is expanding into broad areas such as maintenance, design, safety, tourism, and insurance. The inclusion of companies focused on facility safety and maintenance, such as Innovation Safety Technology and Samjung Elevator, as well as service- and distribution-oriented firms like Namdo Tourism and My Shop On Shop, fits the same pattern. The participation of a geospatial information company such as Geumgang Geoinformation is interpreted as a signal that procurement demand based on digital data is also growing.

Entry Patterns Centered on Small and Specialized Firms

Most of the companies in the data are identified as small and mid-sized specialized firms rather than large conglomerates. The picture is one of companies with one or two highly specialized capabilities per sector entering the procurement market on an individual order basis. With the Public Procurement Service-centered purchasing system and e-procurement platforms such as Nara Market keeping their doors open to small specialized firms, entry barriers appear to have fallen compared with the past.

In particular, the appearance of a digital insurer such as Kyobo Life Planet Life Insurance on the list of procurement participants suggests that the scope of service purchases in the public sector has broadened beyond traditional goods and construction to financial and insurance products. It is evidence that the very range of purchase items needed by public institutions is diversifying.

Market Impact and Outlook

The structure in which 80 companies evenly split 80 contracts shows both stability and fluidity. On the positive side, competitive balance is maintained because orders are not concentrated on a single player. On the other hand, the fact that each company's procurement record stands at just one contract could also be read as meaning participation is still at an early stage or that order continuity has yet to be proven.

Going forward, procurement demand in areas directly tied to public goods—such as environment, forestry, and safety management—is expected to rise steadily in tandem with government maintenance budgets. Companies with data-driven capabilities in geospatial information and digital services are also likely to gain additional order opportunities as demand for smart administration grows in the public sector. Whether one-off participants can accumulate track records and establish themselves in the market, however, remains a question that must be judged by the flow of future data.
