TV Personality Park Na-rae Set for Third Police Investigation in May

TV personality Park Na-rae is set to undergo a third police investigation in May amid controversy over alleged bullying by her former manager and suspicions of illegal medical procedures. According to a report by entertainment news outlet Star News, the upcoming investigation will address charges including aggravated assault, defamation, violations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and violations of medical law. A representative for Park Na-rae stated that further police investigations are scheduled but the specific dates have not yet been confirmed.

Park Na-rae was questioned by police twice in February and March in connection with these incidents. At the time, Park stated she cooperated fully with the investigation and answered questions truthfully, adding that the manager's alleged bullying claims would be revealed through the investigation. She reiterated her stance during the second summons, saying the truth would come out and apologizing for causing concern. She did not respond to further questions from reporters regarding whether she admitted to the charges.

Park Na-rae's side has denied all allegations made by her former managers and has filed counter-lawsuits against them for attempted extortion and embezzlement.

Alongside the bullying allegations, Park Na-rae is also facing accusations of illegal medical procedures. Former managers claim Park received IV drips and other medical treatments at her home and in her car from an individual referred to as 'Nurse A,' and have released supporting evidence. Park's representatives countered that she received nutrient injections from a medical professional with a valid license.
