President Lee Jae-myung to chair meeting on three major mega projects on the 29th

President Lee Jae-myung will personally chair the third joint government-private sector review meeting on the mega projects at the presidential office on the 29th. The meeting will review the progress of the three major mega projects — semiconductors, physical AI, and AI data centers — along with measures to create living conditions that will help settle the populations flowing into the mega project regions.

Following back-to-back reports from each ministry's minister on the progress and plans for the southern semiconductor belt, ways to expand physical AI and AI robots in everyday life, and the status and plans for building AI data centers, an open discussion will follow.

In addition to presidential aides and ministers, executives at the senior executive vice president level from Samsung Electronics and SK will also attend the meeting. It will be an occasion for the government and the private sector to jointly review the progress of the key projects.
