Trump, China May Agree to Halt Iran Arms Supply, Ex-CIA Official Claims
Former U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) operative John Kiriakou asserted that an agreement between U.S. President Donald Trump and China could cut off Iran's weapons supply and end the conflict in the Middle East. Appearing on Sean Hannity's podcast 'Hannity's Hang Out,' Kiriakou stated that President Trump announced a 'handshake deal' with China via X or Truth Social, explaining that the agreement involves China ceasing weapon provisions to Iran.
President Trump announced on Truth Social on Wednesday that China had agreed to halt arms supplies to Iran.
Kiriakou said that if China stops supplying weapons to Iran, "it's pretty much over." He added that the current situation could contribute to ending the conflict.
