On the 4th, Ripple shared specific evidence of North Korean hacking attempts, website addresses used in scams, and cryptocurrency wallet information with members of 'Crypto ISAC'.
This information included detailed profiles such as email addresses, locations, and contact details of North Korean IT personnel, helping to understand how North Korean hackers conduct their attacks.
The Crypto ISAC executive director stated that they hope this information sharing becomes a security standard, not just an option. He added that Ripple's move is expected to set a best practice for the industry's collective defense.
