Retail investors cashing out of SpaceX shift funds into semiconductors
Net purchases of U.S. stocks by South Korean retail investors are rising again. Following SpaceX's recent listing on the U.S. Nasdaq market and growing interest in semiconductors, buying of domestic leveraged products (investment instruments offering 2 to 3 times the principal's effect) has slowed, but purchases of U.S. 3x leveraged ETFs continue. Some investors have taken profits. Funds from Korean retail investors who cashed out of SpaceX shares have shifted into semiconductor stocks—in other words, rotation between stocks has accelerated.
Amid this, SpaceX's Nasdaq listing has become a topic of interest among domestic investors. The company is led by Elon Musk.
Other variables are also building up in the U.S. market. Stablecoin legislation is imminent, and the Federal Reserve has unveiled its regulatory proposal.
