Rep. Kim Ki-hyun: Democratic Party Figures Accompanied NEC Overseas Trip
Rep. Kim Ki-hyun of the People Power Party has raised concerns about lax discipline within the National Election Commission (NEC), pointing out that two individuals from the Democratic Party accompanied the commission on its overseas trips.
Rep. Kim stated that this fact was confirmed by analyzing data titled 'Overseas Travel Status of NEC Employees Over the Past Five Years,' which he received from the NEC.
According to the data, one Democratic Party official joined the NEC on a 2-night, 3-day trip to Osaka, Japan, in August 2023.
